Fulfilment and processing

Please allow 3 to 5 working days to fulfil your order. We'll email you to let you know your order has been received and alert you when it has been dispatched.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs can vary from order to order. Shipping rates are calculated on the weight of your order, the destination it's being shipped to, and the shipping method selected.

 

International taxes

We hate international taxes and duties just as much as you do, but unfortunately, we cannot avoid them. Taxes vary from country to country, so check your country's specific rules before purchasing. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Son Of Sine is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Refunds, returns and exchanges

Refunds

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Proof of purchase must be provided to process a refund. Any items received in a non-sellable condition cannot be accepted. Your return and refund may take up to a week to be processed and up to 14 days during busier periods.

Returns

We offer a free returns service for customers within the UK and the EU. Once a return has been approved we'll send your shipping label and instructions via email.

Exchanges

Please note we do not offer exchanges. Please return your original item for a refund and purchase the new item

 

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a live tracking link from the relevant delivery carrier where you will be able to follow your parcel's progress. Please note it can take 24 hours for tracking numbers to become active.

Missing Deliveries

It is rare, but occasionally orders can go missing in the post. If your order has been shipped using Royal Mail services then we suggest you wait 10 working days (UK shipping addresses) or 28 working days (for EU) before contacting us. Royal Mail will deem the parcel lost if not delivered within these timeframes. Lost parcels need to be reported within 60 days of dispatch to offer a replacement, after this time we'll be unable to provide a replacement.

 All orders shipped via courier services are fully trackable and we recommend you contact them directly with your tracking number if there are any issues for the quickest resolution.

Damaged orders

Thorough checks are made before items leave us, but if you have received your order and there is a fault with any items, please email us as soon as possible at info@sonofsine.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
